If it is difficult to find the customer's address through the usual resources, it is possible to request the customer's location to indicate where their address is.

Illustration of the steps for internet installation:Step 1Support: Confirm that the customer is in the location where they want to install the internet.Step 2Support: Request the customer's cell phone number (containing the area code, using only numbers, without spaces, dashes or parentheses) .Step 3Support: The system will send an SMS containing the link to share the location.Step 4Support: After the customer clicks on the link, he will be redirected to a page that will indicate his location. Step 5Support: If there is any accuracy error, they can move the map to adjust the location and press 'Send'.Step 6Support: Once the customer's location has been received, the seller can simply select the post and finalize the sale.
